2. WHEN DO WE MAKE OUR DELIVERIES?
We deliver every day, except for SATURDAY and SUNDAY. Weekend deliveries are possible, subject to a preliminary arrangement.
You place your order today and we deliver tomorrow. Where possible, we will also make same-day deliveries.
There are products, we do not prepare every day, as well as thematic products for certain holidays, so, when you call us, we will let you know if and when we can deliver your chosen products.
After you place your order, we will contact you on the phone to arrange the most convenient day and time for the delivery.
3. DELIVERY PRICE IN SOFIA?
- Over BGN 70 – FREE
- Below BGN 70 – delivery – BGN 7. (Оnly for the central regions of Sofia the delivery is free!)
- Over BGN 100 – 5 % discount on your order

4. DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF SOFIA?
The delivery of our products in Bulgaria, outside of Sofia, are carried out by Econt Express. The delivery price depends on the rates, offered by the courier company.
All our customers enjoy a 20% discount on Econt Express’ tariffs.
5. PAYMENT METHODS:

6. COMPLAINTS AND PRODUCT RETURNS:
If the product that you have received is with damaged packaging (poor commercial appearance), it is past its expiration date or for any other justified reason, the product may be considered defective, you can file a complaint. Please, contact us to agree on the replacement of the product for another of the same type or if no product replacement is possible, to arrange the refunding of the amount you have paid. We shall cover all the costs and expenses for the product, subject matter of the complaint, and for the delivery of the new product.
We need your personal data, in order to be able to deliver the ordered products to the address of your choice. Your email address and telephone number are necessary so that we can confirm the order and let you know of any possible changes or issues, related to its delivery by us or by the courier company that we work with. Your personal data, entered into our system, are safely kept on our corporate website and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
