Biosof Bakery was established as a result of our experiences as grain-producers and people facing increasing difficulties in finding quality food for own needs.

During our constant struggles to buy a proper bread or a sweet or salty snack, we came up with the idea to open our own bakery. As well as to prepare food, cooked, based on our won recipes.

In our bakery we use superior quality products only.

We offer bread, sweet and salty snacks, with entirely pure ingredients. Without any improvers, raising agents, preservatives, sweeteners and their derivatives. We use pure flours, true butter, homemade jams, various cheeses, made from real milk, high-quality, authentic Bulgarian products. We use high-quality yeast, as well as spur-dough, depending on the particular products we are creating.
